The main floor includes a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bath, one queen bedroom, with an additional full bathroom and laundry room for guests. Upstairs on the second floor is a great room for the kids featuring 2 queen beds and full bathroom, entertainment area with mini fridge. A brand-new gas BBQ grill on the back deck is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. Please Note: This property does NOT contain amenity cards. Amenity cards are required to access Fripp's pools, golf courses, restaurants, tennis courts, and food court. However, you can still access the beach and shop at Spring Tide Market & Deli, the Marina Deli, and Mango's Gift Shop without the amenity cards. We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries and food before heading to the island. Fripp Island is truly secluded and private so going "into town" for groceries will be at least a 20 minute drive. There are restaurants along Sea Island Parkway. This property is NOT pet friendly and is a NON-SMOKING UNIT. Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups or parties!
