Our vacation rental was as expected. Everything worked in the condo. We had a bit of difficulty operating the thermostat but it was OK. Who expects to have to heat when in Florida.

Not our first stay at Madeira Norte and not our last, but first time in unit 101. Everything about our stay was great, the condo was exactly what we wanted, clean, nice updates. ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
