We rented the unit a couple years in a row and loved it. Except this year, air conditioning unit had to be repaired twice but was done immediately. I had to clean One of the toilets that was dirty.The faucet in the tub is barely attached and it is leaking mold. It should be repaired since it may be leaking water behind the wall.
Second time at Crimson, first time staying in Condo 103. This condo was perfect in every way. Kitchen was very well equipped. up to date decor, balcony furniture was comfortable. No complaints at all. Would definately stay in this condo again.

Quite lovely, the staff are professional and thoughtful. The.Crimson building is in a beautiful location off the beach with sunsets every day possible. Even though the weather January 2024 was cold, the condo was the perfect place to be comfortable to spend our time in Florida.
Dishes, dishwasher, coffee put, floors all were filthy. black mold on shower doors.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
