A large granite island has a sink and dishwasher on the kitchen side, with four high-boy bar seats on the living and dining area sides. All KitchenAid appliances include the dishwasher, counter glass-top four burner range, built-in above-range microwave oven, built-in oven with convection feature, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. All the necessary items are available to prepare full-course meals if so desired, just bring the food! The adjacent dining area has a large table with four upholstered chairs and a padded bench, which flows nicely into the living area with a leather sofa, end table, a corner leather recliner, and two side chairs with a table and lamp, all on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The laundry room with full-size stacked washer and dryer behind louvered doors is off the hallway leading to the bedrooms.The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstand, a large walk-in closet, and a five-drawer chest with wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. Sliding glass doors provide access to a furnished balcony overlooking the backyard and pool. The en suite bathroom has a granite vanity with dual lavatories, wall mirrors, storage space beneath, a separate commode room, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a nightstand and lamp, ample closet space, and a dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above.
