Back down the hall, to the right of the entry, you will find the second bedroom, a full bath, the Living Room, and a Full Kitchen. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV, and access to the shared full bath. The full bath includes a shower tub combo and vanity sink. As you enter the open living area the kitchen is immediately to your right and is fully equipped with all of your general cooking needs. Stock the fridge when you first arrive and you can prepare all of your meals without ever leaving the condo. The dining room table offers seating for 6, and there are 2 additional stools at the kitchen bar. The living room area provides comfortable couches, which both convert to Full Size Sleeper Futons, where you can sit back and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Large Flat-screen TV after a long day on the beach. The private balcony offers a front-row seat to the best view in town! Sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while overlooking the pool and the stunning ocean. The beach access is located just beyond the largest central pool on the ocean side of the courtyard. Two cars are permitted per property, and parking permits will be issued upon checking in.
