With 3 floors of living spaces and bedrooms it's easy to imagine spending the time with family/friends or having your own nook to hide away in with a book. The ground level features a large bedroom and bathroom with bunk beds. Take the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor with an awesome game room and bar perfect for an afternoon or evening of fun. This floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well. The top floor has the main living room, dining area and huge kitchen. There are also two more bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. Take in the views of the bay from the many outside areas and rooftop deck. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Elevator available for guest use with refundable $350 deposit and signed addendum Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
