The front door opens to the ground level of the home. This floor features one of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & living area that will have a futon bed. The laundry room with a washer & dryer is accessible next to the front door. The first bedroom is equipped with full-size bed. The first level has a flat-screen TV in the living area and can sleep 3 comfortably.The second level of this spacious beach house features the bright kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the second and third guest room which entails a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV Master suite. The kitchen has beautiful countertops, brand new all black appliances including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! The living room is just off the kitchen and dining area. The flat-screen TV is surrounded by a comfortable living room set where you can sit back and relax, or entertain family & friends. Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom.Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom!
