Overlooking the nationally recognized Racquet Club courts of Seabrook Island, this two-bedroom, two bath villa is the private coastal oasis you've been looking for. Ideally located on the island, this villa is steps away from the 27,500 square foot Seabrook Island Lakehouse with outdoor pool, near the picturesque Palmetto Lake with walking path, Bohicket Marina, and much more. The villa rests on the top floor of the Courtside Villas. Guests enter into a private balcony with outdoor seating and court views. As you enter the property, an enclosed coastal porch area features more seating and offers an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or afternoon board games or reading. As guests step into the villa, a large dining table and well-stocked kitchen offer ample opportunities for dining and entertaining. The bright kitchen area is nicely equipped with dishware, serveware, and cookware for all cooking and hosting needs. An open living room space with elevated ceilings and large screen smart TV is a favorite area to relax. Down the hallway, you will find a Master bedroom with ample natural light, Juliet balcony, comfortable king bed, large dresser, closet, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Across the hallway, an additional full bathroom features a shower/tub combination, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, dresser, tv, and closet area. A stackable washer and dryer are located off the hallway for the convenience of our guests. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is parking in the carport and parking lot area, which makes packing and unpacking simple. As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note a cancellation processing fee of $65 will be charged for all reservations booked then cancelled irrelevant of when they are cancelled. LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. Guests do not need to rush over to the store to start their stay, as a 'starter set' of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.) WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. AMENITY CARDS: While this specific property does not offer the opportunity to receive Amenity cards for beach club, dining club, tennis or golf access, guests do have access to both the private Courtside Villa complex pool. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As SBI is a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. As of this year, for weeklong stays, each vehicle is subject to a $45 gate pass fee. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited. CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property and smoking on decks is prohibited. Please try to keep at least 15 feet from the complex.
