If you want to check out Rehoboth Beach, just hop on the Jolly Trolley and you'll be there in minutes! If you need even more space, rent the unit next door at 17 B Clayton, (which is dog friendly!) Guests pay a $235.00 cleaning fee for all stays. No Pets or Smoking Please.

Guest may request cancellation of the Agreement by executing a Cancellation and Re-Rent Form; provided however, Guest shall still be responsible for the Total Booking Charges, subject only to Owner’s duty to mitigate damages as provided in the Cancellation and Re-Rent Form. Guest’s failure to provide written notice of cancellation and/or authorization for Owner/Agent to re-rent the Property will automatically result in Guest being held responsible for the Total Booking Charges.
