Spend your vacation right in this charming two bedroom villa in the heart of Fripp Island. The villa is equipped with a full kitchen, a screened in porch, kitchen table that seats six, and a smart TV in the living room and flat screen in the master bedroom. There are two full baths, one in the hall and one in the master bedroom.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has 2 twin beds. Back opens to the canal and expansive marsh view, enjoy time fishing off the deck. The beach access at the Beach Club is a short walk, just across the street. Close distance to tennis courts, food court, pool, bars, and more. We are glad to provide golf cart rental companies contact information, but we do not have a golf cart or guest cards.  Amenity cards are not available with the villa. They can not even be purchased additionally. Amenity cards are required to access Fripp's pools, golf courses, restaurants, tennis courts, and food court. However, you can still access the beach and shop at Spring Tide Market & Deli, the Marina Deli, and Mango's Gift Shop without the amenity cards. We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries and food before heading to the island. Fripp Island is truly secluded and private so going "into town" for groceries will be at least a 20 minute drive. There are restaurants along Sea Island Parkway. Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.  Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
