This beautiful near ocean Hilton Head home rental is just a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, has lagoon and private pool views, beautiful appointments and a great interior design to help you create a dream vacation. The very large gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry along with countertop seating for three additional guests. The kitchen will be fully-equipped to match your family's cooking needs! The formal dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats several guests. The dining room furniture is new. The living room just off the kitchen was recently updated with new furniture and a wall-mounted Smart TV. On the other side of the living room is a separate living space, or great room, which also has all new furniture and a wall-mounted QLED Smart TV The first floor primary bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted Smart TV and an immense primary bathroom. The primary bathroom offers his and hers vanities, a large custom-tiled walk-in shower and a separate sunken garden tub. Across from the first floor primary bedroom is a queen bedroom, wall mounted Smart TV and en-suite bath with a combo/shower tub. The second floor offers another primary bedroom which also contains a king bed, seating/dressing area and an Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double-sink vanity, custom-tiled walk-in shower and a large sunken garden tub. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds, Smart TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The en-suite guest bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The en-suite guest bathroom here contains a custom tiled tub and shower combination. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00.
