Welcome to this fully renovated oceanfront beach getaway! Upon entering the condo you are greeted by the kitchen, dining and living room areas. Accenting these areas is a wall of windows and a slider overlooking several palm trees and one of the best views of the ocean in Barrington Court. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all your family's cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The Dining Area has seating for six. The Living Area features beach contemporary furniture and an LCD Flat Screen TV with DVR which is Netflix compatible. New tile flooring adorns all of these areas. The Primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and flat screen TV with an en-suite bathroom. The Primary bedroom has slider access to the private balcony and oceanfront views! The Primary bathroom has been newly updated and features two separate Quartz vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom contains one Queen-sized and one Twin bed with its own en-suite bathroom as well. This bedroom also has an LCD TV and oceanfront views. The newly-updated Guest bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and Quartz vanity. A Pack N Play is available in this condo. Barrington Court is an oceanfront complex with a large pool and hot tub which are heated year-round. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in seconds! ***The pool and pool deck are open. The spa/hot tub will remain closed until repairs and approvals are completed.*** Complex Pool dates are subject to change without notice and is not in our control. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00. Any other cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any and all deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages.
