The beach house was a good place to stay with close proximity to the beach, boardwalk and town. The house was equipped with all the necessities and beachy feel. Loved the screened in porch. A little noisy at times with another unit upstairs but to be expected. Overall an enjoyable experience.
This is a cute place with a great location. We stayed in the bottom unit and there were kids upstairs that were loud. We could hear them when they were home and it was in the background, but it didn’t keep anybody up. The biggest complaint we had was that the owner, put a minimum temperature on the air conditioning and you could not put the air low...

Perfect location! Property was clean and convenient to the Beach, Avenue shopping and local restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed being close to everything yet had private patio and comfortable roomy indoor living.

We love staying here for our annual Rehoboth vacation! Amazing location and nice open common area plus one parking space and screened in porch. Great if you have kids or older family members that may need to go back and forth to beach often.
