We stay in 256 Beach every year. It always needs updates! The beds will make your back hurt, the kitchen is very poorly stocked, appliances as broken, furniture is old. But I guess I am paying for the wonderful location. I do wish I could say better things about the house! Needs kitchen refurb and new beds the most. Would love a double bed in the...
