The furniture was old and uncomfortable and the advertised king bed in the oceanfront bedroom was not a king. The bolt on the front was very difficult to lock and when I contacted your staff it was never taken care of. Silverfish in the tub and spider in the shower.

Although the condo could use some updating, we had the best time!
I have a unique perspective because my mom and my aunt own two Short Term Rental properties in Rio Del Mar. Our family gathered for Thanksgiving in Rio Del Mar, and we needed additional homes. I would only rent this home again if nothing else was available. It is a true dump. The owners take zero pride in the property. The heater continued to fail....
