The location of this unit was fantastic!! However, there are some minor changes that should occur. There was a recessed light missing from the ceiling in the kitchen, master bathroom shower door leaks, cabinet's in master bathroom could use some updating, AC unit needs to be replaced(stopped working 2 times) dryer needs to be replaced (wasn’t dryi...

Location was fabulous. Directly across the road from John’s Pass. Beach beautiful. Accommodations were roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite with walk in closet, and double sink vanity, patio doors, was awesome! The kitchen island which seats 8 was very nice. However, the washer, which is right by island is so loud, we couldn...
We walked around in our socks, and after about 20 minutes, they were filthy. The dryer took eight hours to dry a batch of towels, and about five hours to dry our laundry. Need to get maintenance to please check that out. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Wonderful condo with a great location. Sunsets are beautiful from the deck. Property is clean and well maintained. Will return.
Missing amenities...toilet paper Kleenex, paper towels, bar soap, dish rags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Guests should NOT have to go shopping upon arrival. Management company was intrusive, pest control, vent cleaning, cable TV maintenance and cabinet repair.

Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
