Very disappointed by the cleanliness of the house. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty inside. The inside cabinets had to be washed down and all plates , pots , as well as utensils had to be washed prior to using. Bathrooms were very dirty . Tub was not cleaned properly. The home is nice and clean but property management company owner is rude and very low quality customer service. They kept part of our deposit for "cleaning" and "linens".Never a phone call or explanation as to why. Also tried to charge extra for garbage in large trash bin left by previous renters. Our stay at 307 Coates was nice. We usually rent in Seascape but we needed a pet friendly home. I will say it took awhile to figure out the radiant heating and we froze while we waited for the home to heat up. I think the homeowner needs to provide more than 2 dishtowels and it would be nice to see newer blankets/bedspreads, A few were stained or d...
