3602 Hartnett Boulevard on the Isle of Palms is the ultimate destination for a family vacation on the Island in a newly built home that is simply amazing. Following construction in April 2020, 3602 Hartnett Boulevard features just over 3,700 square feet, five bedrooms, and 4 ½ baths. In addition to high-quality custom construction, this home features one of the most unique private swimming pools, surrounded not by tile or concrete, but by beautiful IPE decking. With outstanding landscaping and fine outdoor furniture, it will be difficult to encourage your family from leaving the private pool and taking a very short walk to the beach (two blocks). Everything at 3602 Hartnett Boulevard is new! The main floor of the home features a very spacious master bedroom and bath, an open living/dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen. Highlighted with quartz countertops, beautiful cabinetry, and high-end appliances, your family will find the kitchen the perfect place to not only cook an outstanding meal but one of the best places to relax and share the day's adventure. The dining area features a large dining room table that can accommodate eight with overflow seating in the kitchen for four. Finally, the living area is equipped with high-quality furnishings that are comfortable for your entire family. Each bedroom features new bedding, new mattress, and outstanding furnishings. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a king bed and an outstanding master bath that has a stunning walk-in shower with a seamless glass enclosure and a pedestal soaking tub. The second level of 3602 Hartnett Boulevard has four large bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature a king bed and one a queen. The final bedroom is highlighted with a bunk bed that has a full bed on the bottom and a full bed on top. A pull-out twin trundle bed can also be found in this bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart-TVs that can easily connect with your favorite streaming accounts or video game consoles (not provided). Only 6 blocks from the Isle of Palms Recreation Center which features a huge playground, tennis, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, fitness classes, and a workout room! AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it's fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. Parking Details This home offers garage parking that can fit up to 5 cars depending on the size. --- Room Configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2: King Bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 3: King bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 5: Two full beds --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
