A very nice and clean rental property in a quiet location very close to down town Carmel.
We were completely satisfied with the entire experience. A Sanctuary agent called me about a week in advance of our stay to welcome us, answer any questions, and even offer a few local recommendations. Great stay. Only suggestion is to add a couple of full length mirrors. Only 2 mirrors in the house are the two in the bathrooms. Makes it hard to get ready when 7 people are staying in the house. Also, trash cans in the bathroom. Water pressure in the smaller bathroom needs to be checked, it was barely dripping. None of these things really bothered...

The house worked out really well for the five of us. It's very hard to find an affordable four bedroom home to rent in Carmel. This one fit the bill perfectly - nicely redone, very clean, easy location to everything, quiet neighborhood.
