Stayed for a week, the apartment is like home from home but within a few footsteps of a great pool, beach as well as bars, restaurants.
Bumpy ride to start. After three units we finally were able to stay in one.After that we had a great stay. Sea Food Festival the first weekend is the best. Right across from John’s Pass earns it five stars for location. 5Only three stars for cleanliness but Five stars for Sunhost staff.

Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
