The condo was clean and nice. My only complaint was that there were a lot of sketchy people milling around the bus depot across the street. I was not comfortable walking my dog alone. If you are in a group it’s probably fine.

We enjoyed staying in the neat, clean, spacious condo just blocks from Asheville center. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, great bathrooms, good location and we appreciated the tight security and excellent parking accommodations provided. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and a great setup for us! Unfortunately, the homelessness issue (while admittedly out of the control of Towns) was definitely a problem with people camping outside the building, yelling, and making it feel unsafe for my mother in law who was watching our baby while we attended a wedding. Towns place was wonderful! It felt very safe and secure and it was great to have garaged parking as we walked everywhere during our stay and did not have to worry about the car. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. The mattresses, linens, and pillows in both rooms were fantastic. Highly recommend and would stay there again!
