Clean, newer building. Felt secure inside the building as everything is accessible by codes, not keys. The area is a bit sketchy. Right across from the bus station so there is a number of transients in the area. It's noisy with folks screaming from time to time or a lot of motorcycles revving up the road. Great stay!!! Close to everything. Great building and unit. It is urban so on the weekends downtown can get a little loud, but you stay there to be near the action.
Great Condo in a very central location for exploring Asheville. Everything was walkable, but the immediate neighborhood is quiet and free from street noise. Perfect choice.
