Close enough to beach to easily walk or bike. Love the screen porch. We selected so we could bring the dog.
The cottage was in a nice neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. It wash clean and adequately furnished but awkward to navigate. The house was as expected. Old but in good shape. A/C worked well. We did not cook so can't comment on the kitchen supplies. The screened in porch with table was a great feature.
