Spent the month of February at this condo. It was clean and updated. The location is convenient to both Winn Dixie and Publix, the mall, restaurants and pickleball courts. Great view from the screened in balcony. We’re looking forward to returning next February.

We loved the stay. The condo was well equipped and the kitchen was beautiful. Our view was amazing. If I was going to recommend a couple of things I found the glass coffee table in the living room of the condo dangerous. I walked into it numerous times and the glass was easy to tip over. Great location, perfect beach and a great condo to enjoy a winter month. Condo had everything we needed but a few items need to be replaced and we wish the unit had blinds and/or shades for both front and side windows for privacy and sun blocking.

Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
