The house was very clean and close to the beach. There is plenty of room for 2 families of 4. The kitchen was updated and very user friendly. The outdoor shower was definitely a plus. I highly recommend this house. Property manager was excellent and extremely prompt with answers to any questions I may have had

It was very good. Only problem was that we were not able to use grill due to the bottom being rusted out. The house was otherwise very nice and comfortable.

We’ve rented this house before because it’s perfect for our needs. Back family room makes the house as well as front screened in porch. New, bigger dining table is good update. Rest of the family from down the street was able to come for meals. We hope to rent it again.
