Our first time staying at 529 Beach Drive was a great experience - the one story house that was right on the beach was a great fit for our family of 8. The property was clean and well-maintained. We ate at several restaurants in Aptos, Soquel and Santa Cruz and barbecued on the deck. The description of the property on the website was accurate. ...

This was a return stay at the residence. Improvements were made post tragic weather this past winter. We appreciated the repairs. The home is comfy and is not always quiet depending on the time of year, located really close to the parking lot near the locked gate.
