The property features wireless internet, three TV's with cable, fully stocked kitchen, screened porch, lots of deck space and more. Only steps away from Cape Henlopen State Park, the community features a beach, swimming pool, fishing pier and tennis courts. This home is NOT pet friendly and any violation of this policy will result in the termination of the agreement. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). Cancellation Policy
Guest may request cancellation of the Agreement by executing a Cancellation and Re-Rent Form; provided however, Guest shall still be responsible for the Total Booking Charges, subject only to Owner’s duty to mitigate damages as provided in the Cancellation and Re-Rent Form. Guest’s failure to provide written notice of cancellation and/or authorization for Owner/Agent to re-rent the Property will automatically result in Guest being held responsible for the Total Booking Charges.
