I had a pleasant enough stay. If you plan on staying and doing other things outside the neighborhood ,a fantastic place. I think for the price they need a much better cleaning pro , and management of over seeing to details for the next customer, as leaving things up to the previous renters/vacationer's can lead to issues not caused by owner or new...

We visited Davenport due to a dance convention & needed a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath for 4 nights. This airbnb was very nice & spacious; it suited us well in that regards. The pool, splash pad/park, & miniature golf were a lot of fun. The arcade was closed which was a bummer. The interstate is right in front of this condo, which could be bothersome to some ...
Had no internet access at all. Co-host was EXTREMELY slow to respond. Was unable to complete a weekend of work.
