About The Property

New to the rental market, the location of this Spinnaker is ideal. The proximity of this wonderful rental to the Beach Club, Island House, Golf Courses and Beaches makes this villa a sought-after spot. Relax on the private decks or on the screened porch off the living area. The living/dining area is open with high ceilings and many windows to bring the beauty of Seabrook Island inside. The bright and airy kitchen is well stocked for your cooking and serving needs. Off the kitchen area is a large deck with an outdoor dining table. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed and full hall bathroom. The bath features a large vanity and large shower area. Upstairs on the second level are 2 guests bedrooms; one room has a queen bed, dresser, TV, closet and deck where you can see the ocean. The second bedroom features two twin bunk beds, dresser, TV, and closet. The bedrooms share a hallway bath with vanity and shower. This beachhouse also features a washer and dryer for the convenience of our guests. There is strong WIFI. Vehicles can be parked in the carport, driveway or in one of the spots across from the home. PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: SEABROOK ISLAND BUSINESS LICENSE: 2024-0122 STR RENTAL PERMIT: STR 2024-0005 LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels. WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Carafe Coffee Maker on site. AMENITY CARDS: Amenity Cards are included. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) count as a vehicle. The $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary. CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away. CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. With a standard for your stay of what we would for our own vacation, offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates. Children: Children welcome. PET POLICY: No Pets DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Cancellation Policy: While the cancellation policy is plainly stated, please note that a cancellation processing fee of $65 will be charged for all reservations booked then cancelled irrelevant of when they are cancelled. This fee covers the credit card transaction fee that our small business is assessed for both the transaction of booking and the transaction of refund.
