Fantastic location - short walk from the house to the sand - no traffic to avoid - totally safe for everyone young and older. Rental house was immaculate and everything worked. This was our second year staying at 75 Atlantic Ave. It is literally across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the boardwalk. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a lovely week!

All perfect, but, as warned before rental, it had A LOT of steps and that made it difficult for us. (We're 85)I filled out this review a few weeks ago, and don't like being requested to do it again. Please do not use my name. DO PRAISE SAM RATNER for his expert help throughout.
House was fantastic - location was ideal for both taking kids/grandkids to the beach and for exploring the entire coast from OC to Lewes. Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth have been and continue to be our favorite total-family summer vacation destination in the US. Everybody - both older and younger - had a terrific experience.
