We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was perfect for our large group, with plenty of room to spread out for alone time or be together. The only thing we had an issue with was not being able to heat the pool and spa. We would of loved to be able to use the spa atleast but we're told they were unable to heat it past Oct 1st which is a little sill...

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00.
