The property description was very accurate. We loved the house and the pool! Everything was clean and worked. We agree with previous reviewers that some of the mattresses need to be replaced now(both upstairs beds)! And definitely pack beach towels! Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid.
