Really easy process to rent, very friendly management. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, and a great location. Beach access is a short five min bike ride, we rented bikes and it was great! Beds were comfy, loved everything about it. We’ll definitely be back!!

Perfect place for our family of four. Clean, amazing pool and The Hub is the cutest little place for families to go eat and relax. We will be back.

The perfect location to experience it all. We could cross the street for good food and good fun. Hop on the bike and go west to Seaside for shopping and great people watching or we could go left for quiet dinners and beautiful scenery. So many choices that is will make us return.

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if Red Sky Travel Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.
