It features a refreshing pool, 3 comfortable bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing seaside escape. -Guests have to be 18+ to book -Guests will have full access to the home - 3 bed, 2 bath -Keyless entry -3 min walk to beach -3 min walk to park Bedrooms -Master Bedroom: king, bath -Second Bedroom: queen -Third Bedroom: 2 twins Bathrooms -Master Bathroom: shower -Second Bathroom: combination shower tub Need to Know -Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000. -Property is monitored by a camera at the front of garage and another on the southeast corner looking to the backyard. -After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. -Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one. Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
