The Vacation Rental Co. emerged from discussions among experienced local folks in Steamboat Springs. Our partnership is comprised of a well-established housekeeping company (Best Cleaning LLC), a CPA, and a veteran of the hospitality industry, all deeply rooted in this community. VRC does standard short term vacation rentals as well as 30+ night rentals. Working with an ‘outside the box’ approach has helped us to fill a void in the industry and develop our strategy with midterm or 30+ night rentals.

The condo was exactly as described & pictured. It was clean, comfortable with lots of room for the 6 of us. Spacious condo within walking distance to the base of ski area. Shuttle if desired but we walked. Loved the lit trees in the area. Condo overlooks a small pool.
