Cancellation Policy
For a refund, we must have 60 days written notification prior to the occupancy date, you will receive a full refund, minus the guest service fee and applicable taxes. We will make every effort to re-rent the property with less than a 60 day notice. Should we be unable to re-rent the property at the same rate for the same period of time, we shall retain any rental monies paid as liquidated damages in an amount that is equal to the amount of money that we are unable to recover through re-renting of the property.
