The house fits perfectly 6 families, cozy and well distributed. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything you need for a short stay would be there. The property was ok, we’ve stayed in better in the area. The bushes were over grown and impeding on the porch and back yard fire area. The porch was dirty, all the furniture needed to be dusted off before sitting and there were beach wagons, toys and other random stuff thrown about the porch and front yard. Enjoyed our stay. Great location to the beach/boardwalk. Kitchen very well stocked. There were 4 full bathrooms (including the annex location) but only one bathtub. We did have little ones and would have been convenient to have one more. Property management was very friendly and helpful.

We felt the home was not cleaned properly. The floors had not been mopped in some time. The porch surface was in the need of a good pressure cleaning, obviously not done for years. Same with the structure of the porch. Outside windows have also not been cleaned in years.

Kim did a goof job dealing with issues.
