Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, a full-size closet, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. Bedroom 2: The 2nd bedroom has 1 Double bed and a full closet. Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom has 1 Double bed and a full closet. Bathrooms: Each bedroom has access to the main floor bathroom with a stand-up shower and bathtub. The primary has a personal ensuite bathroom (shower and bathtub). Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the cutlery, glasses, plates, cookware, and cooking utensils you will need to prepare your meals. Oil, salt, and pepper are included. Please bring additional food items and beverages to make your meals. There is a gas stove/oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker (ground coffee). Living Area: The living room has a wall-mounted electric fireplace for a cozy ambiance with a single couch. Accessibility: Our unit is located on the second floor and is accessed by 2 short flights of stairs. There is no elevator and stairs need to be used to reach the condo. Parking: You can park in the building's covered parking stalls accessed through the rear back alley. We will provide you with our designated parking stall in your check-in instructions. Self-check-in: This condo is fully set up for self-check-in and self-check-out. With our keypad door locks, you will be sent a door code with your check-in instructions, along with directions and parking information. Location: This world-renowned destination offers everything just moments away! Your condo is only steps from Main Street Canmore with great restaurants, cafes, galleries, and local shops. It's also a short walk to the Bow River pathway systems, where you can take a leisurely stroll around the river and enjoy amazing views of our famous mountain ranges. You might even catch a glimpse of some of our local wildlife! You can reach Highway 1 in a few minutes taking you West to the Banff National Park gates and the Banff townsite, or East to the awe-inspiring beauty of Kananaskis Country. We suggest renting a car to drive around the Beautiful Canadian Rockies! You can also Bike 45 minutes to the town of Banff on the famous Banff Legacy Trail featuring breathtaking views, a covered picnic/rest area, and finishing at the Banff town site. We are a 10-minute walk to the Canmore Community Center and Elevation Place; Canmore's indoor playground featuring a great climbing gym, fitness facility, large swimming pool and hot tub, and the Canmore Library. Travel Times by Car: 1.5 hours to Calgary Airport (YYC) 10 mins to Canmore Nordic Center 20 mins to Town of Banff 25 mins to Norquay Ski Hill 30 mins to Sunshine Village Ski Resort 45 mins to Lake Louise and Lake Louise Ski Resort 2 hours to Columbia Icefield 3 hours to Town of Jasper The Ski Bus to Sunshine and Lake Louise ski resorts is available during the winter season. The bus stop is within walking distance from the unit. The Canmore Roam Bus stop is only a 4-minute walk from our place! Check the schedule times on the Roam website. Our unit is located on the second floor of the building. You have full private access/use of the entire condo and a private balcony/patio. Guests may message us through the booking platform they used to make their reservations. Our team is available regularly throughout the day to answer questions. This condo is fully set up for self-check-in and self-check-out. In the heart of Downtown Canmore We are located just steps from Main Street Canmore. You can walk around the whole town from here. The local bus stop is just 4 minutes from the property and you can also use this bus stop to head to Banff National Park. If you rented a car or already have a vehicle it is a short drive to leave town and get on Highway 1 to Banff, Lake Louise, Kananaskis or wherever you may be headed.
