We've been coming to Monterey on a regular basis for almost a decade and would highly recommend staying at Breezy & Central Monterey Apt with Bay View. Our host, Phil, was superb, and the house is mere blocks from downtown—totally walkable to everything you'd need—while in a quiet area.
