We enjoyed our stay at the property. No problems.
Great location on 30A, but furniture was dirty, appliances were subpar and dirty, and items in the home were old and falling apart. We had to clean several things like BBQ, kitchen countertops, tables and 2 sinks were majorly clogged with sand. The house itself was very nice and clean. Great location to the beach and surrounding communities. Upon checking in, however, the house overwhelmingly smelled of cigarette smoke even though smoking was supposed to be prohibited for this rental. That is one of the reasons we rented it. Very nice. However would say the wi-fi is inadequate and the furniture is in need of replacing. Also a awning over the outside steps would sure be nice to shield from rains, like we had a couple times during our stay. But we enjoyed the house immensely. Thank you

Great stay, very close to the beach. Good location to surrounding towns on 30A with a quick golf cart or car ride. Easy beach access. Very nice and clean house.

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid.
