This villa is only 4 minutes from Palm and Eagle Beaches! Our lovely villa is located in the Heart of Palm Beach with all of its resorts, restaurants, casinos, shopping, and nightlife only a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. Our other favorite beaches are Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach for Snorkeling! They are about a 7-minute drive away. Our neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and family-friendly! The Villa features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with an "open" floor plan. It also features TVs in every bedroom as well as a 50" SMART Flatscreen TV in the living room. The Villa also features high-speed, password-protected WIFI that is extremely reliable! We have upgraded our Villa to include LUXURY items such as superior bedding and linens, and thick luxurious Egyptian cotton towels. The Villa also has a 24/7 monitored security system, along with child locks to prevent little ones from getting to the pool without proper supervision. Cas Di Sono Aruba also has whole-home hot water and is fully air-conditioned. When you enter the backyard, you are in your tropical oasis. We have a saltwater inground pool, a lounge area for sunning, a covered gazebo lounging area to get out of the sun, a BBQ and outdoor eating area, and a private outdoor shower. All pool toys and comfy lounge chairs are provided poolside! Beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for your use! Cribs and rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of $25. We also provide, at no additional charge, our 5-star Concierge Services and can arrange additional housekeeping, Au Pair or Child Care, Private chefs, and massage services (these services are at additional cost). We can arrange for groceries for you in the fridge upon your arrival (beer and wine too if needed). We are here to cater to your every need and help make your vacation perfect! Our complimentary 5-star Guest Concierge is available to you after booking to help you reserve a vehicle at the best price from one of our local vendors. This is an extremely safe and peaceful neighborhood. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, the tourist area, and most importantly beaches! It is a local area where everyone knows everyone. It is very close to Wacky Wahoo's, Papiamento, Buccaneer, and literally around the corner from Gasparito's Restaurant. This property is managed by Bon Casita Vacation Rentals. You will be welcomed with a personal meet and greet. *The base nightly rate is for up to 6 guests.
