Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation. - Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts. - The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a series of concerts open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee with cash bar for food and drinks.  - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
