The home is new, clean and well stocked. Owner is great.

House was clean. We stayed for 3 nights. 4 guys on a fishing trip, so the two twin beds and sofa couch in living room all came in to use. The sofa/sleeper in the dining room is small....may be good for child, not adult. Loved that there was a gas grill in great shape. Nice screened in porch overlooking golf course.
