Overall the property was very comfortable and instructions were easy to follow. The house has everything you need to have a great time and even came with beverages. The outdoor space was very nice - the lights around the hot tub, pool, and fire place really set a nice atmosphere.

Great space, plenty of room for our extended family, and fully done up for the holidays (*two* trees!) It was bitterly cold outside for our days there, so we didn't even venture out to the hot tub, but we did take full advantage of the real wood burning fire place!
