The location is fantastic, private yet close to everything! Deer in the backyard in evening and lots of fireflies at night. Nice deck to sit and relax. The house is clean, cool and comfortable. Place was a great location for all of our day trips. It meet our needs. It was clean and had all the basics. Was not use to well water and the smell, but got use to it. For location and the basics, it was well worth the price.
