Welcome to Cimarron Lodge 35, an AvantStay home This Cimarron Lodge home has a prime location right at the base of Lift #7 - perfect for great ski access and amazing hiking in the summer. Guests enter this two-bedroom unit from an exterior walkway that faces the Telluride Ski Resort, up one flight of stairs from the ground level. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a large, inviting living room with plenty of light. The living room has a large flatscreen TV, Roku, and a queen sofa sleeper. The adjacent kitchen has a breakfast bar with several stools for additional seating and the inviting dining room table seats four. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and everything needed to complete a full meal. A bedroom and bathroom are located down the hall at the back of the residence. The bedroom features two twin beds (can be made into a king) and the bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Stackable private laundry is also available on the first floor. On the second floor of the residence is the second bedroom, a large private master. This room features a king bed, flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom, and double doors leading out to a fabulous deck. The deck has views of the Telluride Ski Resort and is a great spot during both the summer and winter. The bathroom has a single sink with plenty of counter space, as well as a separate room with a shower/tub combination and toilet. The Cimarron Lodge is a true ski-in/ski-out property in the town of Telluride with great access to Lift #7. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. *Home Truths:* - There is no A/C at this property. - Complex amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, gas grills, and a complex laundry room. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home has access to a communal hot tub. - This home has ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: The building has an underground parking garage with one parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Two twin beds Sleeper sofa --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
