The Vacation Rental Co. emerged from discussions among experienced local folks in Steamboat Springs. Our partnership is comprised of a well-established housekeeping company (Best Cleaning LLC), a CPA, and a veteran of the hospitality industry, all deeply rooted in this community. VRC does standard short term vacation rentals as well as 30+ night rentals. Working with an ‘outside the box’ approach has helped us to fill a void in the industry and develop our strategy with midterm or 30+ night rentals.

We love staying here! It’s our second time and this place feels like a home away from Home! It’s cozy and he everything you could ever need! Wildlife is endless right out the door and adventures are close by!! I love it here and will be back! Amazing hosts!

Wonderful host who was communicative, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful place and dog friendly is a huge plus as we love traveling with our dogs and kids. Fenced in backyard is so nice. Peaceful stay with heat you can count on during cold Colorado winters + a fireplace to roast smores inside. Close to town and very quaint. Will be back again!
