No trailers allowed per neighborhood HOA rules. – Road Conditions – We highly recommend 4WD, AWD or chains when travelling in most months of the year. The property is off of a well plowed highway and a plowed dirt road. That said, there are hills and 4WD/AWD are sometimes necessary to access the home when it’s snowy or icy.
