Me and four friends rented Paul's place. It was exactly how the pictures looked and the neighborhood felt very safe, which was very important to us fove women traveling together. I would recommend Paul's place to everyone!

Great location for ease to haunted happenings in Salem. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, there was hair in the shower when we first arrived. Otherwise the house was clean. The deck was nice. Great place for sleeping and getting ready, but tight for hanging out/socializing. Overall had a good experience.
