Located in the heart of Harwich Port village, this exceptionally decorated home provides a luxurious cottage and chic experience. As you enter the home, you’ll immediately notice the attention to detail that creates a comfortable and modern aesthetic. The living room is anchored by a spacious sectional. The wall mounted TV and local art adorn the room. The dining room and kitchen are at the back of the house but open to the living room. The kitchen is thoughtfully planned and has all modern appliances. The dining room has a good-sized table plus there is stool seating for three at the kitchen island. The main level also houses the primary bedroom suite with a King bed and private ship-lapped bathroom. There is laundry and a half bath on the main level as well. Upstairs you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms: one with a twin over full bunk plus a twin with a trundle. The second bedroom has two full sized beds.  There is a full bath upstairs as well. Outside you’ll find a pleasant patio with room for lounging or dining.  Though you’re close to all the action in Harwich Port, you have a surprising amount of privacy in the backyard. Of course, just head out the front door and in 15 seconds you’re on the main drag of Harwich Port with amazing dining options. In the summer months, the road is closed on Wednesday evenings for Port Summer Nights. Harwich Port Free Musical Strolls are an awful lot of fun for any age. Stroll down Main Street (Route 28) and listen to local musicians, enjoy Harwich Port scenery, shop and dine at area establishments and more.
