The home has central air and heat. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The game room is located in the garage right off the living room. It has Ping-Pong, a billiards table, and toys. Strollers, a high chair, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. Also located in the garage is a full-size washer and dryer.  Located off of the dining room, through French doors, is the rear yard, which has a beautiful pool with an in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined) Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
